What is the minimum age to book a room or an apartment?
Lead guest minimum age is 21.
The lead booker must accompany guests under 21.
Do I need a photo ID for check-in?
Yes, provision of ID is statutorily required at check-in.
What is check-in and check-out times?
Check-in starts 14.00pm, while Checkout is at 11.00am prompt.
Can I have an early check-in ?
Early check-in is available upon request, subject to availability. Please note there is a fee of 50% of room rates for an early check-in. Late check-out is also available upon request, subject to availability until 18.00pm. Please note there is a fee of 50% of rooms rate for a late check-out.
How do I check-in?
Check-in is a meet and greet at the property.
Is there a maximum number of guests?
Maximum occupancy is 2 Adults and 2 Children for our apartments only.
Exceeding the specified number of guests per apartment is not allowed and could result in all guests’ eviction with no refund.
Do you have onsite parking?
Yes, there is limited space for parking subject to availability.
Can I bring my pet?
Pets are not allowed on our properties.
Can I use your apartment for a small gathering or birthday party?
Birthday parties, hen parties, group gathering of any sort, or excessively loud music or noise during your stay is strictly prohibited.
Do you have fast wifi in the rooms and apartments?
Yes, high speed wifi is available in all our rooms and apartments.
